Refund Policy
Cancel the orderWe accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
SENCTRL Online Store offers returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
1. If the item(s) are returned in its original condition and the packaging is in as good as new condition, we offer a full refund of the item(s).
2. If the item(s) are returned in its original condition, but not in their original and undamaged packaging, we charge 15% per package.
3. All goods returned will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt. SENCTRL reserve the right to refuse to refund or replace and return the item(s) to you.
4. If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee.
5. You will get the return address from the email and message we send. Items should be returned to our return address as instructed.
If the goods are returned to the wrong address, we reserve the right to refuse to refund if the goods are not received by our return centre.
Items returned without an written approval for such return from SENCTRL, it will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the appliance, it cannot be returned. We are responsible for return shipping fee if you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged. Please contact us and choose economical shipping method.
Orders We Do Not Accept Return
1. Customized products cannot be returned. Product warranty is available.
2. Order over $1,000 cannot be returned. Please kindly test sample at first. Product warranty is available.
3. If any item arrives damaged or incorrect please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement order. Items not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorized for replacement.
4. Without an written approval for such return from SENCTRL will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
5. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with manufacturer's original packaging.
6. Orders over 30 days of receipt of delivery cannot be returned. Product warranty is available.

Refund:
If a refund is required, we issue refund in 1 business day after we receive return. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase (less shipping and restocking fees incurred) .
If you pay via PayPal, you will receive refund instantly.
If you pay via credit card or bank account, you will receive refund within 5 business days.
If you pay via bank transfer, you will receive refund in 2 business days.
In order to undertake a valid return, you must obtain written approval for such return from SENCTRL. Please contact us at support@senctrl.com with proof of purchase, photos of the item(s) you are about to return. Any Products sent back toSENCTRL by you without the written consent of SENCTRL shall be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
